ExpressCall: Box of Tricks

XpressCall is available as a standalone systems and network monitoring solution, or as an extension to your existing enterprise IT monitoring applications (Openview, NetCool, Tivoli, etc).

It is capable of monitoring and alerting based on all key system and network parameters using SNMP traps. Alternatively, it can be triggered to notify key support and management staff based on system events.

With XpressCall you can now:
Develop sophisticated shift pattern coverage, using the market-leading functionality of Criticall’s RosterManager module
Apply notifications and escalations based on voice, pager and SMS, with broadcast or hunt group types

Operate global, 7x24 notification and escalation, without the need to own and operate your own hardware and telephone lines
Operate an IP-only based solution, with a Criticall-owned, solid state, Linux-driven hardware module on site (data centre location not essential)
