Product Training Title

To help you make the most of our suite of notification offerings, we have a full range of training options available to you. Most frequently used are our online tours and our electronic User Guides.

These will be sufficient for almost all customer needs, due to the intuitive interface common across the product suite. However, additional personal training can be provided as follows:

Administrator Training
The User Interface, setting up your incident scenarios, customising voice, emails, SMS messages and fax messages, introduction to scripting, testing and maintenance.

User Training
How to input and edit contact profiles, initiating an emergency callout, how to respond to a call.

Our instructors have extensive experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting our solutions so that they can understand your issues.

Criticall have training facilities at our London Office or we can hold training at your premises.
